Our workplaces are really communities of people who are looking for ways to use their strengths and express their values as they carry out meaningful work. Learning Renewal workshops encourage people to work with their natural assets to expand their own meaning and understanding of what really matters to people in their workplaces.

Workplace Renewal

All organizations have something in common - they want to become a place where people look forward to learning how to become better leaders and more effective team members while they are doing work that is useful and meaningful.

Working effectively with the  people in your organization is often complex and perplexing. It can be simplified.  The first step will be for Sidney to meet with key people to learn about your priorities for new growth and development. We might then decide that the next step is to engage a large group of people to discuss what's working well or what challenges you face.  This may take the form of a World Café Conversation, an Appreciative Inquiry Summit, some Asset Mapping or a series of Open Space discussions – whichever process we decide will work best to bring the people of your organization together to set the new direction.

It is also quite possible that you already know the next direction and have identified that you will benefit from a workshop on:

  • Team Effectiveness
  • Conflict Management
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Change & Transition
  • Effective Communication

Sidney is an experienced facilitator of many small and large group processes and will work with your leaders and team members to determine the areas where facilitated learning is needed, create the right program, and develop a plan that everyone can support.
